6.1. BerkCon will forward the data provided by you to third parties, if this is necessary for the provision of the services you have requested. Think of suppliers / partners such as iSee iKnow to able them to make offers for licenses and training. BerkCon uses Google Analytics on the general site
6.2. If BerkCon provides your data to a third party, BerkCon will ensure that your data is not used for other purposes.
6.3. BerkCon will not provide any further information to parties other than those referred to above, unless this is legally permitted or required. This concerns, for example, applications from the police, the judiciary or the tax authorities. BerkCon is then legally obliged to provide such personal data.

7.1. BerkCon takes appropriate security measures to limit misuse of and unauthorized access to your personal data.
